From April 18 to April 20, 2008, vice-president Hu Sheng was invited to attend the seminar and the graduation ceremony of HELP University College in Kuala Lumpur. 11 experts from seven universities of Asia and Euro-America delivered speeches on the ceremony. 850 graduate students from HELP University College were awarded Master or B.A. degree of 16 universities.

 

    SSPU signed cooperation exchange agreement with HELP University College on October 31, 2007. The contents include: (1) Exchange undergraduate students, recognize credits with each other, and can apply for academic degree and diploma of the two universities. (2) Visiting plan of teachers, mainly for psychology teachers.
